Meta faces legal setbacks in child-safety trial and New Mexico court ruling
A federal judge has issued key pretrial rulings in the landmark child-safety trial against Meta. Chief Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers denied Meta’s attempts to disqualify whistleblower Arturo Béjar and to prevent the introduction of specific evidence during opening statements.
