Furthermore, technical data revealed a productivity gap: while AI tools increased internal code generation by 220%, user-facing feature improvements rose by only 36%. Despite the workforce adjustments, Meta continues to invest heavily in AI, with projected annual capital expenditures for infrastructure between $125 billion and $145 billion.
