Meta launches Style Sketch AI fashion application

Meta has released Style Sketch, an artificial intelligence based fashion application designed to help users coordinate outfits using their existing clothing. The app allows users to create a virtual wardrobe by linking Instagram accounts, uploading photos, or recording short videos of their garments.

Users can receive personalized outfit recommendations based on their style and can virtually try on combinations using realistic digital models that match their body shape and skin tone. The application also includes a travel planning feature, which suggests daily outfits based on a user’s destination, trip duration, planned activities, and local weather forecasts.

Style Sketch is currently available for iOS and Android in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. While competitors like Google Photos and startups such as Alta offer similar digital wardrobe tools, Meta’s integration with Instagram provides a unique advantage by leveraging users’ existing visual style histories.
