Meta partners with Funke Akindele for film premieres

Meta is partnering with Nollywood filmmaker and actor Funke Akindele for the London and Lagos premieres of her new film, The Four. The collaboration aims to celebrate Nigerian storytelling and highlight how creators use Facebook to reach global audiences and build communities.

Facebook will support the film’s world premiere in London and its homecoming premiere in Lagos. The partnership includes experiences designed to bring creators, celebrities, and audiences together, specifically spotlighting Nigerian creators both within the country and in the diaspora.
