Meta Platforms sees new institutional stake boost and Jefferies keeps Buy rating

Zweig DiMenna Associates LLC raised its holding in Meta Platforms Inc. by 18.7% in the first quarter, bringing its position to 36,320 shares valued at roughly $20.8 million, which represents about 2.9% of the firm’s portfolio. The increase adds Meta to the firm’s ten largest holdings.

Meanwhile, analyst house Jefferies reaffirmed a "Buy" rating on Meta Platforms and set a price target of $825 per share. The firm highlighted Meta’s early‑stage advantage in the market for artificial‑intelligence‑enabled glasses, estimating the technology could generate $14‑18 billion of revenue in coming years.
