Procore Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DroneDeploy for approximately $845 million in cash. The deal, expected to close in late 2026 subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, will add DroneDeploy’s aerial, ground‑robot, and camera‑based reality‑capture capabilities to Procore’s construction‑management platform. Procore has secured a senior secured bridge loan of up to $700 million from Goldman Sachs to help finance the transaction, and the purchase price represents roughly six times DroneDeploy’s lifetime venture funding of about $142 million.
