Metal music festivals announce major 2027 anniversary events

Several metal music events are scheduled to celebrate major anniversaries in 2027.

Death Feast Open Air will mark its 20th anniversary from August 25 to 28, 2027. The festival is returning to the Lower Rhine region, specifically moving to the Blaue Lagune in Wachtendonk. The event aims to combine death metal performances with a holiday atmosphere, offering amenities such as water sports and camping.

Additionally, the German label Reaper Entertainment will celebrate its 10th anniversary with Reaper Fest 2027. Held on September 17 and 18 at the Tavastia Club in Helsinki, the two-day festival will feature ten bands across two stages. Confirmed performers include Wolfheart, April Art, Parasite Inc., Hammer King, and Suotana.
