Metal music festivals Rockstadt Extreme Fest and Party. San Metal Open Air announced

The Rockstadt Extreme Fest 2026 has concluded its twelfth edition. The festival recently moved to a new, more spacious location in Ghimbav, situated between Brașov and Râșnov. The lineup for the event included various high-profile acts such as Marilyn Manson, Heaven Shall Burn, In Flames, and Lamb of God.

Separately, the Party. San Metal Open Air is scheduled to take place from August 6 to August 8, 2026, in Schlotheim. The festival, which expects approximately 10,000 visitors, will feature a wide array of extreme metal genres including death, black, doom, and thrash metal. The lineup includes performers such as Hypocrisy, Marduk, and Testament.
