Metal music scene highlights new releases and festival successes

The metal music scene is seeing significant activity through major festival participations and new releases. Colombian metal band Perpetual Warfare has announced the release of ‘Nihil Sumus’, the first single from their upcoming album. The band will perform the new track during the 30th anniversary of the Rock al Parque festival. This release is being handled in partnership with the international metal label M-Theory Audio, aiming to expand the band's global reach.

In Spain, the Drums of War festival has concluded, with organizers describing the event as a success. The festival, produced by Manguales, featured several international bands making their Spanish debuts and attracted attendees from Europe, South America, and Asia. An edition of the festival has already been confirmed for 2027.
