Metallica launches Las Vegas Sphere residency with Adidas collaboration

Metallica Adidas The Sphere Las Vegas residency Life Burns Faster

Metallica is launching a 24-show residency titled ‘Life Burns Faster’ at The Sphere in Las Vegas, running from October 1, 2026, through March 13, 2027. The band will utilize a ‘No Repeat Weekend’ format, featuring different setlists for Thursday and Saturday performances paired with 360-degree visuals.

To mark the residency, Metallica has partnered with Adidas Originals for a first-time merchandise collaboration. The collection includes hoodies, T-shirts, tank tops, and sweatshirts featuring integrated Metallica and Adidas branding. The apparel will be available at select Las Vegas locations starting September 30, with a global digital release on October 1.

In addition to the musical performances, the band is hosting a ‘Blood Donation Experience’ in partnership with the American Red Cross and the All Within My Hands Foundation. Sponsored by Delta Air Lines, the pop-up at Fashion Show Las Vegas allows fans to donate blood and receive exclusive merchandise. Lead singer James Hetfield has already participated in the blood drive.
