Metaspectral and Planet Labs partner for hyperspectral intelligence

Metaspectral has announced a partnership with Planet Labs PBC to provide spectral intelligence using Planet Tanager hyperspectral data. The collaboration utilizes the Metaspectral Clarity platform to convert orbital imagery into science-based evidence for decision-making.

Metaspectral Clarity functions as a hyperspectral analysis platform featuring an agentic AI orchestrator. It is designed to assist in monitoring and change detection within sectors such as agriculture, forestry, and environmental monitoring. The platform employs patented subpixel deep learning for spectral unmixing to extract precise signals from complex hyperspectral scenes, aiming to provide reviewable and explainable outputs for high-consequence decisions.
