Meteoric Resources announces R$ 60 million infrastructure investment in Minas Gerais

Meteoric Resources has partnered with various Minas Gerais government agencies to invest R$ 60 million in infrastructure in southern Minas Gerais. The project focuses on paving approximately 23 kilometers of road between the municipalities of Caldas and Andradas, including the route passing through the hydromineral resort of Pocinhos do Rio Verde.

The initiative was announced in Belo Horizonte during Exposibram. Participating entities include the Minas Gerais Investment Promotion Agency (Invest Minas), the state secretariats of Finance, Infrastructure, and Economic Development, the Department of Highways of Minas Gerais (DER-MG), and the City Hall of Caldas.

Linked to the company’s rare earths Project Caldeira, the investment aims to improve regional mobility, facilitate access to public services, and support economic development. Beyond supporting mining activities, the paving is expected to benefit the tourism and agribusiness sectors by improving the transport of agricultural production and local commuting.
