Metlen Energy & Metals repurchases 100,000 shares

Metlen Energy & Metals PLC has acquired 100,000 of its own shares on the Euronext Athens exchange between August 3 and August 7. This activity is part of an active share buyback program initiated on June 23, 2026.

The transactions, conducted through Piraeus Securities, occurred in several stages: 25,000 shares on August 3 at an average price of €46.761, 15,000 shares on August 4 at €46.9799, 30,000 shares on August 6 at €48.46, and 30,000 shares on August 7 at €48.32.

Following these acquisitions, the company's total share capital stands at 143,426,244 shares. Of these, 675,224 are held as treasury shares without voting rights, reducing the total number of voting rights in circulation to 142,751,020. Additionally, the company distributed 7,611 treasury shares to a beneficiary as part of a long-term incentive program (LTIP).
