Metrion Biosciences staff cycle 112 miles for Cambridgeshire youth charity

Staff from Metrion Biosciences are conducting a 112-mile cycling challenge to raise funds for Centre 33, a charity supporting young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The ride commenced in Cambridge on Friday, September 11, and is designed to visit all five of the charity’s support hubs, located in Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Ely, and Wisbech.

Centre 33 provides free assistance to individuals aged 13 to 25, focusing on mental health, housing, financial advice, and employment issues. According to the charity, they supported nearly 4,000 young people in Cambridgeshire last year. Of those supported, 70 percent reported improved mental health and 86 percent made progress toward personal goals.
