MetroGAS releases 2025 Sustainability Report with AI integration

MetroGAS has released its seventh Sustainability Report for the 2025 fiscal year, titled ‘Growth with Purpose’. The report highlights the company’s receipt of the 2025 National Quality Award and its achievement of 100% of its investment plan, alongside three consecutive years of sustained financial growth.

For the first time, the company has integrated an online artificial intelligence assistant to allow users to interactively query indicators, programs, and results within the document. The report focuses on five strategic pillars: safe and reliable operations, customer-centricity, human capital, operational efficiency, and sustainable development.

Environmental initiatives noted include the ongoing replacement of cast iron pipes with polyethylene to reduce fugitive emissions. The company’s management framework emphasizes risk prevention, maintenance, and integrated management excellence.
