Metropolis of Lefkada and Ithaca launches 2026 city camp for primary school children

The Holy Metropolis of Lefkada and Ithaca is organizing its annual "City Camp" for primary‑school students from 19 August to 26 August 2026. The week‑long program, held in the town of Lefkada and nearby beaches, includes creative activities, group meals, songs, crafts and religious services. Older pupils from secondary schools volunteer to assist, under the blessing of Bishop Theofilos and the coordination of Ioannis Zampelis. The camp runs each day from 08:30 to 15:00, with a break on Sunday, 23 August. Interested families can obtain information from the Youth Centre and register by calling 697 479 5265.
