Metso expands Lokotrack range with two new mobile crushing plants

Metso has expanded its Lokotrack portfolio with the introduction of two new mobile crushing plants: the Lokotrack LT400RS mobile impact crusher and the Lokotrack LT200HPX mobile cone crusher.

The LT400RS is a 70-tonne diesel-electric unit designed for demanding aggregate recycling and demolition. It is specifically engineered to process difficult construction and demolition waste, such as concrete and asphalt, which often contain contaminants like steel or wood. This model features a Nordberg NP1213MR impact crusher and a diesel-electric power transmission that allows for connection to an external grid to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.

The LT200HPX is a compact, track-mounted cone crusher designed for efficient aggregate production. It integrates a high-capacity Nordberg HP200e cone crusher with a two-deck prescreen and a large product screen to facilitate efficient screening in a single package. Both models aim to help customers increase productivity and reduce costs per ton in urban development and infrastructure renewal projects.
