Meute to perform in Lisbon on April 23

The German techno marching band Meute is scheduled to perform at Lisboa ao Vivo (LAV) in Lisbon on April 23. The 11-piece collective, formed in Hamburg in 2015, is known for performing techno and house music using only acoustic wind and percussion instruments, without the use of computers, synthesizers, or mixing desks.

This return to Portugal follows the group's appearance at the Paredes de Coura festival. During their recent visit to the country, the band also filmed new visual content at locations including Miradouro da Graça in Lisbon and Jardim do Morro in Vila Nova de Gaia. Meute has performed over 750 concerts in more than 30 countries, including appearances at Coachella and venues such as the Zénith in Paris and Velodrom in Berlin.
