Several Greek companies have reported significant financial updates for the first half of 2026.
Jumbo has announced an extraordinary cash distribution to its shareholders. The Board of Directors decided to pay a total of €134,365,561, which equates to a gross amount of €1.00 per share, or €0.95 per share after a 5% tax deduction. The record date for eligibility is November 17, 2026, with payments scheduled to begin on November 20, 2026, via Eurobank.
Païris reported a turnaround from losses to profits in the first half of 2026. The company's turnover increased by 14.5% to €5,593,035.52, while net profits reached €233,895.57, compared to a loss of €76,177.64 during the same period in 2025.
Mevaco saw a 64.13% decrease in turnover, falling to €17.6 million from €49.2 million in the previous year. The company attributed this to the normalization of demand for solar park mounting structures. Despite the drop in sales, service revenues rose by nearly 50%.
Phoenix Vega Mezz PLC reported a loss of €40.9 million for the first half of 2026. The company's bond book value decreased to €23.1 million from €64.8 million at the end of 2025, primarily due to updated business plans for the underlying portfolios.
