MEXC launches Opportunity Compass to bridge crypto and traditional finance knowledge gaps

MEXC has launched ‘Opportunity Compass’, a global markets education initiative designed to help crypto-native users understand traditional financial markets, asset classes, and emerging opportunities. The five-season program aims to bridge the gap between digital assets and traditional finance as the two sectors become increasingly interconnected.

Research conducted by MEXC and CoinGecko indicates that trading volumes for traditional financial assets on crypto exchanges reached $1.45 trillion in the first half of 2026, a significant increase compared to 2025. The data shows that 53.7% of crypto users have already invested in stocks. However, knowledge gaps remain a significant hurdle; 43.1% of non-stock investors cited insufficient knowledge as a barrier, and 48.3% of former stock investors cited limited knowledge as a reason for discontinuing participation.
