MEXC RealStocks Launch Sees SpaceX Stock Capture Nearly One‑Third of Trading Volume
MEXC, the zero‑fee digital‑asset exchange, published its first‑month trading data for RealStocks – a service that lets eligible users purchase US stocks and ETFs through a licensed broker. The platform launched on June 1 with access to more than 7,000 securities.
In June, the SpaceX‑related ticker SPCX dominated user activity, representing 29.7 % of total RealStocks trading volume and attracting 29.1 % of all RealStocks traders, the highest share of any asset. Seven AI‑related stocks (including Nvidia, Micron, and Advanced Micro Devices) together accounted for 23.7 % of the month’s volume, while well‑known large caps such as Apple, Microsoft, Intel and Alphabet also saw broad participation.
The data shows distinct trading patterns: core hot assets like SPCX, Nvidia, Micron, Tesla and others combined wide participation with heavy activity, whereas several industry‑chain names ranked high by volume but attracted fewer individual traders. Overall, the top‑10 RealStocks assets comprised 57.7 % of June volume, compared with roughly 85 % in the futures market.
