Mexican actor Manuel ‘El Flaco’ Ibáñez recovers after gastric ulcer hospitalization

Mexican comedian and actor Manuel ‘El Flaco’ Ibáñez has returned to work following a hospitalization in Mexico City due to complications from two perforated gastric ulcers.

The actor reported that his symptoms began suddenly, leading to an emergency hospitalization at Hospital ABC in Santa Fe. Medical intervention included an endoscopy to cauterize the ulcers and blood transfusions to manage digestive hemorrhaging.

While his family initially requested blood donations from the public, they later clarified that the situation was under control and his health was not in immediate danger. Ibáñez has since returned to filming the series ‘Más vale sola’ and expressed gratitude to those who provided blood donations.
