The Chihuahua Public Security Secretariat is training traffic officials on legal protocols for incidents involving minors, aiming to ensure respectful and law‑compliant handling of adolescent road accidents. In Ciudad Madero, the local Child Protection Prosecutor’s Office reports handling four to five at‑risk adolescent cases per week, providing psychological support and family reintegration. Finally, Tamaulipas’s DEMA unit, together with the Institute for Employment Training, taught carpentry skills using recycled wood to adolescents subject to non‑custodial measures, linking labor insertion with environmental awareness.
