Guadalajara influencer arrested for alleged child pornography and human trafficking

Óscar Adrián “N”, a social media influencer and former collaborator with the content company Badabun, has been arrested in Guadalajara, Jalisco. He is accused of human trafficking specifically related to the production and storage of child pornography.

The arrest followed an investigation triggered by alerts from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which identified IP addresses and digital accounts linked to the suspect. During a search of a residence in the 5 de Mayo neighborhood, authorities seized various electronic devices, including computers, cell phones, and memory cards.

Additionally, investigators recovered a ballistic vest, police insignia, and identification documents associated with a purported international human rights ministry. The suspect has been placed at the disposal of a control judge to determine his legal status as investigations continue to establish if he was part of an international distribution network.
