Mexican Chamber of Deputies hosts national disability inclusion meeting

During the Second National Meeting of Public Servants with Disabilities held at the Chamber of Deputies, Deputy María Soledad Amieva Zamora promoted dialogue and the exchange of experiences to strengthen the participation of people with disabilities in public life.

Working alongside Deputies Mónica Herrera Villavicencio and Gabriela Hernández Islas, Amieva emphasized that people with disabilities should act as direct protagonists in the design of public policies rather than being mere beneficiaries. The event aims to consolidate a national inclusion agenda through inter-state collaboration and active participation.
