Mexican culinary and social traditions highlight September festivities

As Mexico approaches the September 15 celebrations, traditional culinary and social customs are taking center stage. El Palacio de Hierro is offering seasonal reinterpretations of the iconic chile en nogada across three of its restaurants: Le Bistro Palacio, La Cantina Palacio, and El Restaurante Palacio. These versions, available until September 30, range from a French-inspired pastry-wrapped version at Le Bistro Palacio to more traditional preparations at La Cantina Palacio.

Beyond dining, the festivities emphasize social atmosphere and traditional entertainment.
