Chihuahua municipality concludes pitch phase of Vende Tu Proyecto program
The municipal government of Chihuahua wrapped up the pitch stage of its "Vende Tu Proyecto" program. Over a series of sessions in the city's MiFAM centers, 204 local entrepreneurs each delivered a five‑minute presentation describing the value, feasibility and impact of their business ideas.
A specialist panel will now evaluate the proposals. On 15 July the final results will be announced, with 104 entrepreneurs selected—13 beneficiaries per participating MiFAM. The initiative earmarks a total of 2 million pesos in grants, distributing awards of 10 000, 20 000 or 30 000 pesos to help winners grow and solidify their businesses. Municipal officials say the program reinforces job creation, strengthens the local economy and supports productive projects in Chihuahua’s capital.
