Mexican governors launch cultural and anti‑corruption initiatives

Governor Layda Sansores San Román of Campeche inaugurated the restored Archivo General del Estado and the Authority of Cultural Heritage. The renovation includes upgraded ventilation, lighting and environmental controls to protect historic documents and provides improved public access for researchers and citizens.

Governor Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros of Tlaxcala opened the Judicial Discipline Tribunal’s “Jornadas de Prevención de Faltas Administrativas y Actos de Corrupción,” a training program aimed at strengthening the state’s justice system and promoting a culture of integrity, legal compliance and transparency among magistrates and public servants.
