Mexican judicial institutions sign agreements to enhance administrative justice and urban rights
The Judiciary of the State of Hidalgo and the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Mexico City have formalized a collaboration agreement to promote alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Led by Magistrate Rebeca Aladro Echeverría, the agreement aims to expand dialogue between citizens and authorities, fostering more efficient and accessible justice through workshops, training, and the exchange of best practices.
Separately, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) and UN-Habitat have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Mexico City. This partnership, formalized by SCJN President Hugo Aguilar Ortiz and UN-Habitat Executive Director Anacláudia Rossbach, focuses on strengthening urban law, adequate housing, and human rights. The collaboration will facilitate research and the exchange of expertise to ensure urban development respects the rights of inhabitants.
