Riquelme Solís warned that staff members may be replaced if they fail to meet administration objectives or demonstrate insufficient commitment to public service. The evaluation process focuses on responsibility fulfillment, citizen service, and progress on municipal commitments, including efforts to improve urban mobility and traffic management.
