Mexican Municipalities Invest Over 56 Million Pesos in Road and Infrastructure Projects

The state government of Oaxaca inaugurated a 720‑meter concrete rehabilitation of Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas in Santa Lucía del Camino, an investment exceeding 25 million pesos intended to improve mobility for more than 45,000 residents.

In Tampico, the municipal council approved the third stage of its public‑works program, allocating more than 31.2 million pesos for concrete pavement, sanitary‑infrastructure upgrades and asphalt resurfacing across 39 blocks (approximately 4,380 linear metres). The plan also includes the construction of three school roofs and other improvements to streets and drainage, funded through federal and state funds and contributions from construction industry groups.
