Mexican officials ask public aid to find missing persons in Hidalgo and Chihuahua

Families in the Mexican state of Hidalgo reported three male relatives missing and petitioned the state prosecutor's office for help. The authorities opened a public Amber alert for 14‑year‑old José Miguel Hernández Alemán, who vanished on 17 June, and issued two additional search fichas for 42‑year‑old Apolinar Juárez Hernández (missing since 16 June) and 42‑year‑old Feliciano Bautista Ramírez (missing since 3 June). Details of their clothing and appearance were released and a hotline was provided for tips.

In Chihuahua, the state prosecutor announced a search for 25‑year‑old Valentín Iván Rubio Castillo, last seen on 13 June in the city centre of Chihuahua. A detailed description—including his height, weight, facial scar and black clothing—was published, and the public was urged to contact emergency lines or the prosecutor’s office with any information.

Both agencies are requesting citizen assistance to locate the missing individuals and have provided contact numbers for anonymous reports.
