Mexican officials rally support for sovereignty and water initiatives in Michoacán and Sonora

Senator Raúl Morón Orozco, on leave from the Senate, held an informational assembly in Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, backed by supporters of Morena, the Labor Party and local social leaders. He urged the people of Michoacán to defend national sovereignty and to fully back President Claudia Sheinbaum, citing recent social‑program initiatives in the state.

Deputy Omar Del Valle toured the municipalities of Imuris and Magdalena in Sonora, meeting merchants, artisans and residents. He highlighted the critical role of water for the region’s economy, praised projects promoted by President Sheinbaum and Governor Alfonso Durazo, and pledged continued dialogue with local communities to address their needs.
