Mexican regional infrastructure and land rights updates
In Michoacán, Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla reported that the La Rinconada road distributor construction in Zamora has reached 15 percent progress. The project, managed by Red de Carreteras de Occidente (RCO), involves an investment of 270 million pesos. Once completed, the infrastructure is expected to improve mobility for over 154,000 residents and optimize road safety for approximately 12,500 daily vehicles.
In Quintana Roo, Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa and Municipal President Ana Paty Peralta oversaw the delivery of property titles to 460 families in the Benito Juárez municipality. These families, residing in neighborhoods such as Salem, Bethel, and Cuna Maya, had lived in irregular housing conditions for over 30 years. The initiative aims to provide legal certainty and security to residents across various local colonies.
