Mexican State Housing Programs Gain Business Support

In Puebla, Rafael Moreno Valle Buitrón, director general of the State Housing Commission, presented the governor Alejandro Armenta Mier's "Por Amor a Puebla" program, emphasizing its goal to provide dignified, secure homes with legal certainty. Local business leaders met with him, pledging cooperation to strengthen the initiative and promote social development.

In San Luis Potosí, Julio César Patiño Morales, head of the Institute for Regularization and Social Housing (Inrevis), attended the 43rd Housing Fair organized by the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi). He highlighted the need for coordinated action among government, the private sector and civil society to regularize land tenure, accelerate procedures and guarantee legal certainty for thousands of families, reinforcing the state's commitment to affordable housing.

Both events illustrate Mexican state efforts to expand affordable, secure housing through public‑private partnerships and regulatory reforms aimed at improving living conditions for families in Puebla and San Luis Potosí.
