Mexican state legislators advance accessibility and addiction reform

In Chihuahua, Morena deputy Edith Palma Ontiveros introduced reforms to the state laws on addictions and health, seeking to incorporate intercultural and gender perspectives, include the Secretariat of Indigenous Peoples in the addiction council, and better address the high mortality from alcohol consumption among the population.
