Mexican state legislatures advance reports and budget planning

In Baja California, the President of the Congress, Eligio Valencia López, and the head of the JUCOPO, Juan Manuel Molina García, received the results report from Attorney General Ma. Elena Andrade Ramírez. The document was delivered at the Legislative Power building to comply with constitutional requirements. The report will be reviewed by the JUCOPO and the members of the XXV Legislature, with a plenary appearance by the Attorney General expected in September.

In Guerrero, Joaquín Badillo Escamilla, president of the JUCOPO of the State Congress, reported on the second plenary meeting of the Morena Parliamentary Group. The meeting focused on consensus-building ahead of the upcoming ordinary session period. Key legislative priorities for the upcoming term include analyzing the state Executive's report, as well as processing the Expenditure Budget, Revenue Laws, and the Finance Law.
