In Córdoba, Veracruz, Mayor Manuel Alonso Cerezo inaugurated the paving of Calle Puebla in the La Luz Palotal community. The project cost about 2.5 million pesos, covered roughly 2,200 square metres and is expected to benefit around 2,000 residents. Work was completed in 51 days, well ahead of the originally planned 90‑day schedule.
In Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mayor Verónica Delgadillo announced an initial allocation of 5 million pesos for street and pavement improvements in the Echeverría neighbourhood. The funding will address potholes, drainage issues, risk trees, abandoned vehicles and recurring electrical faults as part of a community‑day program.
