Mexico and Argentina groups organize aid for Cuba
Various solidarity groups in Mexico and Argentina are organizing aid efforts for Cuba to address shortages caused by economic restrictions.
In Mexico City, the Colectivo Solidaridad Militante Va por Cuba has established a collection center at the Monumento a la Revolución. The center is gathering milk and medicine to support the island, operating daily until Sunday.
In Argentina, the Movimiento Argentino de Solidaridad (MASCuba) has relaunched its ‘Estamos con Cuba’ campaign. Following the recent distribution of 45 solar kits to families with medical needs, the group is now fundraising to provide two high-capacity solar energy systems—10 Kwh and 20 Kwh—for the Enrique Cabrera National Hospital in Havana. The campaign includes various cultural and political activities across Argentina to secure the necessary funds for the hospital's vital departments.
