Mexico City driver dubbed ‘Lord Polanco’ filmed after Uber collision

A man, dubbed ‘Lord Polanco’ on social media, was filmed following a suspected collision with an Uber vehicle in the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City’s Miguel Hidalgo borough.

Video footage circulating online shows the individual, driving a luxury vehicle, engaging in a heated argument with the Uber driver on Avenida Horacio. Witnesses reported that the man repeatedly used the phrase, ‘You don’t know who I am,’ while allegedly refusing to pay for damages caused by the accident. Some bystanders suggested the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, though authorities have not officially confirmed this. A police officer was present at the scene attempting to mediate the dispute.
