Mexico City’s Bellas Artes to host free videomapping shows June 15‑16

On June 15 and 16, 2026, the façade of the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City will be transformed into a digital canvas for the free videomapping show “México, Ciudad que Baila” (also promoted as “Memoria Luminosa IV”). Six functions will run each night between 20:00 and 23:00, allowing thousands of visitors to watch the spectacle without charge.

The projection synchronises visuals with a wide range of Mexican musical styles—danzón, cumbia, rock, reggaetón, salsa, mambo, norteña, pre‑hispanic music, among others—celebrating the capital’s dance heritage and welcoming both national and foreign guests as part of the city’s cultural agenda linked to the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
