Mexico educational protests: Infrastructure demands and mistreatment allegations
In Mexico, separate educational protests have emerged in Michoacán and Tamaulipas. In Tacámbaro, Michoacán, students and parents occupied the CECyTEM Tacámbaro facilities. They are demanding that authorities provide the school with the former República de Venezuela building to ensure adequate academic infrastructure for the new school year.
In Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, parents of students at the CAM Luz Esthela Céspedes García center protested to demand investigations into the alleged mistreatment of students with disabilities.
