Across Mexico, various regions are marking the International Day of Victims of Enforced Disappearances with institutional actions and grassroots mobilizations.

In Tamaulipas, authorities presented a new 'Legal Framework to Prevent, Investigate, and Sanction Forced Disappearance' to strengthen the human rights training of public servants.
