The Camargo municipal government in Mexico has launched professional psychological care through its DIF Municipal System and the Instituto Camarguense de la Mujer. Residents must present an voter ID and proof of address to receive counseling.

In San Martín Texmelucan, the municipal administration headed by Juan Manuel Alonso Ramírez is providing a specialized addiction‑treatment program. The service operates out of the municipal Psychology Clinic within the Direction of Crime Prevention, offering therapy, psychological guidance and intervention strategies from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Appointments can be arranged by calling 248 109 5300 ext. 890. Both initiatives aim to improve community well‑being and reduce substance‑related risks.
