The Camargo municipal government in Mexico has launched professional psychological care through its DIF Municipal System and the Instituto Camarguense de la Mujer. In San Martín Texmelucan, the municipal administration headed by Juan Manuel Alonso Ramírez is providing a specialized addiction‑treatment program. The service operates out of the municipal Psychology Clinic within the Direction of Crime Prevention, offering therapy, psychological guidance and intervention strategies from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Appointments can be arranged by calling 248 109 5300 ext. 890.
