Mexico national soccer team schedules US friendlies against United States and Colombia

Mexico's men's national soccer team will play three international friendlies on U.S. soil as part of its preparation for the 2030 World Cup and the 2028 Copa América. The first match is against the United States on Saturday, 3 October, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Earlier, Mexico faces Colombia on Saturday, 26 September, at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, and will meet Peru on Saturday, 6 October, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

The fixtures coincide with the debut of former defender Rafael Márquez as Mexico's head coach, who will assemble his first squad under a FIFA‑date window. Colombia, under new Argentine manager Néstor Lorenzo, will also use the games to begin a rebuilding cycle ahead of upcoming tournaments.
