Mexico prosecutors roll out digital platform and boost federal coordination

The State Attorney General's Office of Tamaulipas promoted its "Fiscalía Digital" platform, installing informational modules in public spaces across municipalities such as Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Matamoros, Ciudad Victoria, El Mante and the southern region. The initiative aims to streamline legal procedures, reduce processing times and improve access to justice for residents.

Separately, Federal Attorney General Ernestina Godoy Ramos visited the FGR headquarters in Villahermosa, Tabasco, marking the continuation of a tour that has covered more than 30% of federal offices nationwide. During the visit she highlighted the importance of coordinated action between the federal prosecutor’s office and state authorities to strengthen security and judicial services.

Both efforts reflect a broader push by Mexican justice institutions to modernize operations, enhance citizen outreach and foster inter‑governmental collaboration.
