Mexico stages free baseball showcase and wrestling serenade
On May 30, a free exhibition baseball game will be held at Parque Alberto Romo Chávez in Aguascalientes, featuring the Legends of the Rieleros against the 14th Military Zone team of the Mexican Army. The event, organized with the state government, will honour the club’s history and former stars such as Ángel Moreno and Horacio "El cañón de Matamoros" Piña, whose number will be retired during the game. Tickets are free, with 1,000 extra passes available at the park’s box office.
Earlier, on May 21, a serenade was organized at the Domo Kings League in Mexico City to celebrate the wrestler El Grande Americano. The free, limited‑capacity event, co‑hosted by Kings League México and Lucha Libre AAA, aims to boost fan support ahead of the AAA "Noche de los Grandes" show on May 30 in Monterrey, where El Grande Americano will face the original version of the character in a mask‑vs‑mask match.
