On July 28, 2026, the Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) held a citizen‑service day in the El Olivo colonia of San Quintín, Baja California, under the Fiscal Enlace Contigo program. Regional Fiscal Christian Gerardo Flores, Fiscal Enlace Sergio Pineda Ortiz, and staff from the Unidad de Atención Ciudadana, C5 and interpreters in triqui, mixteco and zapoteco provided legal orientation, assistance with ongoing cases and guidance on justice procedures.

The following day, July 29, 2026, the FGE organized a “Miércoles Ciudadanos” session in Zitácuaro, Michoacán. Officials including Vice‑Fiscal Adriana Elizabeth López Hidalgo, Vice‑Fiscal María Cristina Guzmán Gutiérrez, Vice‑Fiscal Ismael Cervantes Rodríguez and Fiscal Luz Zamudio Soto met with 85 residents, addressed concerns, reviewed investigation files and offered follow‑up. Both events underscore the FGE’s effort to bring prosecutorial services closer to the public and improve access to justice.
