Mexico's DIF offers free health screenings in Nuevo Laredo and free haircuts in Lázaro Cárdenas

The Sistema DIF Nuevo Laredo will hold the "Tocando Corazones: Papá Saludable" medical brigade on 19 June, providing free consultations in traumatology, neurology, dentistry, nutrition, psychology and general medicine, along with vaccinations, cholesterol and glucose tests, osteoporosis screening, STI checks, haircuts, legal advice and social work services at its Ojo Caliente facility.

Meanwhile, the DIF of Lázaro Cárdenas continues its free haircut campaign, which has already served more than 100 residents along the Balsas River. The program, coordinated with the Municipal Institute of Women, aims to ease household expenses and strengthen community ties by offering complimentary styling services in various neighborhoods.
