Mexico's INAPAM Launches Productive Linking Service for Seniors

The Instituto Nacional de las Personas Adultas Mayores (INAPAM) offers a free "Servicio de Vinculación Productiva" that enables adults aged 60‑65 to earn income and stay active. The program has two options: a voluntary "Sistema de Personas Voluntarias Empacadoras de Mercancía," where seniors pack products in stores and receive voluntary payments from users, and a formal‑employment track that provides regular wages and legal benefits. Registration is in‑person at INAPAM modules, requiring an INAPAM credential and CURP. The initiative aims to promote social and economic inclusion, combat age discrimination, and improve quality of life for older Mexicans.
